# WordMath vs Answer AI

The clearest difference is review sentiment: WordMath at 75% against Answer AI's 21%. WordMath also leads on ads (none vs shown). Answer AI's advantage is rating (4.6 vs 3.6) and update cadence (weekly vs every 4 months). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. WordMath sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Answer AI sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Answer AI holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Answer AI has 433 ratings behind it against 10, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 75% of WordMath's written reviews are positive against 21% of Answer AI's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

WordMath ships an update every 4 months, Answer AI weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
