# PMDD Tracker vs Habit Tracker

The clearest difference is update cadence: Habit Tracker at every 5 weeks against PMDD Tracker's every 3 months. PMDD Tracker's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. PMDD Tracker sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Habit Tracker sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
