# Design Makers vs Tylde

The clearest difference is ads: Tylde at none against Design Makers's shown. Tylde also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8). Design Makers's advantage is ratings volume (1K vs 3) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Design Makers sells 15 one-off in-app purchases and Tylde sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Tylde holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Design Makers has 1K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Design Makers ships an update weekly, Tylde every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
