# Hard challenge vs Hyperform Coaching

The clearest difference is update cadence: Hard challenge at every 10 days against Hyperform Coaching's every 3 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Hard challenge sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $39.99 per 3 months and Hyperform Coaching sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $49.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
