# Vampire Evolution vs Ricochlime

The clearest difference is ads: Ricochlime at none against Vampire Evolution's shown. Ricochlime also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 6 weeks) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). Vampire Evolution's advantage is ratings volume (126 vs 2) and rating (4.8 vs 4.5). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Vampire Evolution sells 13 one-off in-app purchases and Ricochlime sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Vampire Evolution holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Vampire Evolution has 126 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

Vampire Evolution ships an update every 6 weeks, Ricochlime every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
