# Valchemy vs AGCenter

The clearest difference is rating: AGCenter at 5.0 against Valchemy's 4.7. AGCenter also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.6). Valchemy's advantage is ratings volume (9 vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

AGCenter holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Valchemy has 9 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
