# Laundry Timer vs Mountain

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Mountain at 707 against Laundry Timer's 19. Mountain also leads on chart position (#74 vs unranked). Laundry Timer's advantage is review sentiment (92% vs 74%). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Laundry Timer sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $2.99 per year and Mountain sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Laundry Timer against 4.9 for Mountain.
