# Direct POS vs LEARN CONNECT

The clearest difference is update cadence: LEARN CONNECT at every 2 weeks against Direct POS's monthly. Direct POS's advantage is device support. On price, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Direct POS ships an update monthly, LEARN CONNECT every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
