Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: TMWPIX at 5.0 against APTV's 4.5. TMWPIX also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 2) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.6). APTV's advantage is ratings volume (260 vs 2) and chart position (#47 vs unranked). On price there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. APTV sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days. TMWPIX asks for nothing beyond the download.
TMWPIX holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: APTV has 260 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.
