# Metro Flex vs MyRentle

The clearest difference is rating: MyRentle at 5.0 against Metro Flex's 4.6. MyRentle also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and update cadence (every 10 days vs every 4 weeks). Metro Flex's advantage is ratings volume (1K vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

MyRentle holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Metro Flex has 1K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Metro Flex ships an update every 4 weeks, MyRentle every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
