# Zichru vs Ohrbit

The clearest difference is monetization model: Zichru at free against Ohrbit's ad-supported. Zichru also leads on ratings volume (15 vs 3). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Zichru against 5.0 for Ohrbit. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Zichru has 15 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Zichru ships an update every 2 months, Ohrbit every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 4, 2026 respectively.
