# Monstalk vs Soako

The clearest difference is update cadence: Monstalk at every 4 days against Soako's every 2 months. Monstalk also leads on iOS requirement (11.0 vs 16.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Monstalk sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $15.49 per month and Soako sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Monstalk ships an update every 4 days, Soako every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
