# Evolve PT vs Amal Pilates

The clearest difference is update cadence: Amal Pilates at every 3 weeks against Evolve PT's every 4 months. Amal Pilates also leads on ratings volume (41 vs 1). Evolve PT's advantage is monetization model (free vs ad-supported) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Evolve PT against 4.9 for Amal Pilates.
