# GetGiftD vs Locally

The clearest difference is rating: Locally at 5.0 against GetGiftD's 4.5. GetGiftD's advantage is update cadence (every 9 days vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (10 vs 2). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Locally holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: GetGiftD has 10 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

GetGiftD ships an update every 9 days, Locally every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
