# Celebrite vs Ottagive

The clearest difference is update cadence: Ottagive at every 4 days against Celebrite's monthly. Celebrite's advantage is ratings volume (23 vs 1) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.6). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Ottagive holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Celebrite has 23 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Celebrite ships an update monthly, Ottagive every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
