# Afro Ninja vs SoraWithShiro

The clearest difference is ads: Afro Ninja at none against SoraWithShiro's shown. Afro Ninja also leads on iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.0). SoraWithShiro's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 13 months). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Afro Ninja sells 6 one-off in-app purchases and SoraWithShiro sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Afro Ninja ships an update every 13 months, SoraWithShiro every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
