# Reink vs CASEGUIDER

The clearest difference is rating: CASEGUIDER at 5.0 against Reink's 3.0. Reink's advantage is ratings volume (24 vs 3) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs monthly). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

CASEGUIDER holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Reink has 24 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 52% of Reink's written reviews are positive against 43% of CASEGUIDER's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Reink ships an update every 2 weeks, CASEGUIDER monthly. The most recent releases landed on June 8, 2026 and June 6, 2026 respectively.
