# Forvilla vs The Mint

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Forvilla at 100% against The Mint's 64%. Forvilla also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). The Mint's advantage is ratings volume (1.8K vs 5). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Forvilla holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: The Mint has 1.8K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 100% of Forvilla's written reviews are positive against 64% of The Mint's.

Forvilla ships an update every 8 days, The Mint fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
