# Prepacked vs Camera Connect

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Prepacked at none against Camera Connect's 3. Prepacked also leads on update cadence (every 5 days vs every 3 weeks) and iOS requirement (13.4 vs 16.6). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Camera Connect sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Prepacked asks for nothing beyond the download.

Prepacked ships an update every 5 days, Camera Connect every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and September 28, 2026 respectively.
