# Hunting the ducks vs Check’d

The clearest difference is update cadence: Check’d at every 2 weeks against Hunting the ducks's monthly. Hunting the ducks's advantage is iOS requirement (16.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Hunting the ducks sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Check’d sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Hunting the ducks ships an update monthly, Check’d every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
