# Assignment Tracker vs Classr

The clearest difference is rating: Assignment Tracker at 4.7 against Classr's 3.8. Assignment Tracker also leads on ratings volume (102 vs 13). Classr's advantage is review sentiment (67% vs 31%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Assignment Tracker sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Classr sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Assignment Tracker holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Assignment Tracker has 102 ratings behind it against 13, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 31% of Assignment Tracker's written reviews are positive against 67% of Classr's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Assignment Tracker ships an update every 8 days, Classr weekly. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
