# Pro Security vpn vs SafetySurfOn

The clearest difference is review sentiment: SafetySurfOn at 97% against Pro Security vpn's 50%. SafetySurfOn also leads on iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.0). Pro Security vpn's advantage is rating (3.8 vs 2.9) and monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription). On price, ratings volume, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Pro Security vpn sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days and SafetySurfOn sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $9.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Pro Security vpn holds the better App Store score, 3.8 against 2.9. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 53 and 111 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Pro Security vpn's written reviews are positive against 97% of SafetySurfOn's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Pro Security vpn ships an update every 3 days, SafetySurfOn every 4 days. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
