# CDL Help vs CDL PermitPro

CDL Help and CDL PermitPro both sit at 4.9 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of CDL PermitPro's written reviews are positive against 55% of CDL Help's. CDL PermitPro also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). CDL Help's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs monthly) and ratings volume (5.4K vs 5). On price, rating, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. CDL Help sells 23 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days and CDL PermitPro sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for CDL Help against 5.0 for CDL PermitPro. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: CDL Help has 5.4K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 55% of CDL Help's written reviews are positive against 100% of CDL PermitPro's.

CDL Help ships an update every 2 days, CDL PermitPro monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and September 30, 2026 respectively.
