# CDL Help vs CDL Prep

The clearest difference is ads: CDL Prep at none against CDL Help's shown. CDL Help's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (5.4K vs 7). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. CDL Help sells 23 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days and CDL Prep sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for CDL Help against 4.9 for CDL Prep. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: CDL Help has 5.4K ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two.

CDL Help ships an update every 2 days, CDL Prep every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
