# iQ Pro Show Control vs NameForge

The clearest difference is price: iQ Pro Show Control at Free against NameForge's $69.99. iQ Pro Show Control also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 90%). NameForge's advantage is rating (4.5 vs 3.6) and update cadence (every 8 days vs every 2 months). On ratings volume, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

iQ Pro Show Control is free to download; NameForge costs $69.99 up front. iQ Pro Show Control sells 13 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and NameForge sells 6 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

NameForge holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.6. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 5 and 4 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of iQ Pro Show Control's written reviews are positive against 90% of NameForge's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

iQ Pro Show Control ships an update every 2 months, NameForge every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and September 22, 2026 respectively.
