# Elephas vs ControlResell

The clearest difference is review sentiment: ControlResell at 95% against Elephas's 26%. ControlResell also leads on rating (4.5 vs 2.4) and update cadence (every 2 days vs every 5 weeks). Elephas's advantage is ratings volume (13 vs 2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Elephas sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month and ControlResell sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

ControlResell holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 2.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Elephas has 13 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 26% of Elephas's written reviews are positive against 95% of ControlResell's.

Elephas ships an update every 5 weeks, ControlResell every 2 days. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
