# Abalone® vs Meteorfall

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Meteorfall at 69% against Abalone®'s 17%. Meteorfall also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (31 vs 2). Abalone®'s advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.3) and update cadence (daily vs weekly). On in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Abalone® costs $3.99 and Meteorfall $6.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Abalone® holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Meteorfall has 31 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 17% of Abalone®'s written reviews are positive against 69% of Meteorfall's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Abalone® ships an update daily, Meteorfall weekly. The most recent releases landed on September 24, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
