# Barrett vs OK Classics

The clearest difference is rating: OK Classics at 5.0 against Barrett's 4.4. Barrett's advantage is ratings volume (53 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

OK Classics holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Barrett has 53 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Barrett ships an update every 2 weeks, OK Classics every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
