# Switch Recycling vs Top Gift Card

The clearest difference is rating: Switch Recycling at 5.0 against Top Gift Card's 4.5. Top Gift Card's advantage is ratings volume (4.1K vs 1) and update cadence (fortnightly vs monthly). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Switch Recycling holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Top Gift Card has 4.1K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Switch Recycling ships an update monthly, Top Gift Card fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and November 4, 2026 respectively.
