# LDS Talk and Lesson Generator vs Seer

The clearest difference is monetization model: LDS Talk and Lesson Generator at free with in-app purchases against Seer's subscription. LDS Talk and Lesson Generator also leads on rating (4.6 vs 4.1) and ratings volume (163 vs 11). Seer's advantage is review sentiment (25% vs 0%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. LDS Talk and Lesson Generator sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Seer sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

LDS Talk and Lesson Generator holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: LDS Talk and Lesson Generator has 163 ratings behind it against 11, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of LDS Talk and Lesson Generator's written reviews are positive against 25% of Seer's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
