# Ultraviolet Chat vs TalkAway live

The clearest difference is rating: TalkAway live at 5.0 against Ultraviolet Chat's 4.1. Ultraviolet Chat's advantage is ratings volume (713 vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Ultraviolet Chat sells 5 one-off in-app purchases and TalkAway live sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
