# ResX vs dineoutwith.us

The clearest difference is rating: ResX at 4.8 against dineoutwith.us's 4.3. ResX also leads on ratings volume (609 vs 7) and chart position (#11 vs unranked). dineoutwith.us's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 8) and ads (none vs shown). On price, update cadence, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ResX sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per month. dineoutwith.us asks for nothing beyond the download.

ResX holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ResX has 609 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 73% of ResX's written reviews are positive against 83% of dineoutwith.us's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

ResX ships an update every 2 weeks, dineoutwith.us every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
