# Eagle Nine vs Brightflixx

The clearest difference is ads: Brightflixx at none against Eagle Nine's shown. Eagle Nine's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 4 months) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Eagle Nine sells 8 one-off in-app purchases and Brightflixx sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Eagle Nine ships an update weekly, Brightflixx every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
