# Pomodoro Free vs Bluub

The clearest difference is update cadence: Bluub at every 4 days against Pomodoro Free's every 2 weeks. Pomodoro Free's advantage is iOS requirement (16.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Pomodoro Free sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Bluub sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Pomodoro Free ships an update every 2 weeks, Bluub every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
