# Black Hole Blast vs Attack Hole

The clearest difference is rating: Attack Hole at 4.9 against Black Hole Blast's 2.3. Attack Hole also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 4 days vs every 2 weeks). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Black Hole Blast sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month and Attack Hole sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Attack Hole holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 2.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Attack Hole has 44 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Black Hole Blast ships an update every 2 weeks, Attack Hole every 4 days. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
