# Rypstick vs Parallax Golf

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Parallax Golf at 100% against Rypstick's 41%. Parallax Golf also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7). Rypstick's advantage is ratings volume (1.9K vs 21) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.3). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Rypstick sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $49.99 per year and Parallax Golf sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Parallax Golf holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Rypstick has 1.9K ratings behind it against 21, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 41% of Rypstick's written reviews are positive against 100% of Parallax Golf's.

Rypstick ships an update every 2 weeks, Parallax Golf every 8 days. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
