# Rypstick vs Golfjoy Space

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Rypstick at 1.9K against Golfjoy Space's 3. Rypstick also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.6). Golfjoy Space's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.7). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Rypstick sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $49.99 per year and Golfjoy Space sells 12 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Golfjoy Space holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Rypstick has 1.9K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
