# Chip City vs Personal Cafe

Chip City and Personal Cafe both sit at 4.9 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Personal Cafe's written reviews are positive against 71% of Chip City's. Chip City's advantage is ratings volume (2K vs 2) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.4). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Chip City against 5.0 for Personal Cafe. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Chip City has 2K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 71% of Chip City's written reviews are positive against 100% of Personal Cafe's.
