# BestStable VPN vs Rubicks VPN

The clearest difference is ratings volume: BestStable VPN at 499 against Rubicks VPN's 29. BestStable VPN also leads on review sentiment (81% vs 67%) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BestStable VPN sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days and Rubicks VPN sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $13.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.3 for BestStable VPN against 4.2 for Rubicks VPN. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: BestStable VPN has 499 ratings behind it against 29, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 81% of BestStable VPN's written reviews are positive against 67% of Rubicks VPN's.
