# Gift vs Hellopost

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Gift at 51 against Hellopost's 2. Gift also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks) and iOS requirement (16.0 vs 18.2). Hellopost's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.8). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Hellopost holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Gift has 51 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Gift ships an update weekly, Hellopost every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
