# SafeShell VPN vs ShiftPilot

The clearest difference is device support: SafeShell VPN at 6 against ShiftPilot's 2. SafeShell VPN also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SafeShell VPN sells 13 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and ShiftPilot sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
