# Gamma AI vs Proactor

The clearest difference is ads: Gamma AI at none against Proactor's shown. Gamma AI also leads on update cadence (every 3 days vs every 2 weeks) and ratings volume (1.5K vs 214). Proactor's advantage is review sentiment (40% vs 24%). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Gamma AI sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days and Proactor sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Gamma AI holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Gamma AI has 1.5K ratings behind it against 214, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 24% of Gamma AI's written reviews are positive against 40% of Proactor's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Gamma AI ships an update every 3 days, Proactor every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
