# Fullscript vs Total Body Vitality

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Fullscript at 121K against Total Body Vitality's 13. Fullscript also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 6 weeks) and chart position (#73 vs unranked). Total Body Vitality's advantage is device support (4 vs 2). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Fullscript against 4.9 for Total Body Vitality. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Fullscript has 121K ratings behind it against 13, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Fullscript ships an update fortnightly, Total Body Vitality every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 4, 2026 respectively.
