# Opinion Ninja vs Security Protex

The clearest difference is ads: Security Protex at none against Opinion Ninja's shown. Security Protex also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). Opinion Ninja's advantage is ratings volume (57 vs 1) and update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 4 months). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Security Protex holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Opinion Ninja has 57 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
