# Selector vs Skizz

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Selector at 100% against Skizz's 26%. Selector also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 14) and rating (4.5 vs 4.3). Skizz's advantage is ratings volume (2.4K vs 2). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Skizz sells 13 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Selector asks for nothing beyond the download.

Selector holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Skizz has 2.4K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 100% of Selector's written reviews are positive against 26% of Skizz's.

Selector ships an update every 3 weeks, Skizz fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
