# My Misty vs Syncer

The clearest difference is rating: My Misty at 5.0 against Syncer's 4.7. Syncer's advantage is review sentiment (92% vs 77%) and ratings volume (12 vs 2). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

My Misty holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Syncer has 12 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 77% of My Misty's written reviews are positive against 92% of Syncer's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

My Misty ships an update every 2 weeks, Syncer every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
