# Novel Master vs Literie

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Novel Master at 67% against Literie's 22%. Novel Master also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks). Literie's advantage is rating (4.1 vs 3.8). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Novel Master sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $12.99 per 7 days and Literie sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Literie holds the better App Store score, 4.1 against 3.8. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 2.7K and 3.1K respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of Novel Master's written reviews are positive against 22% of Literie's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Novel Master ships an update weekly, Literie every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
