# LiveHome vs Gazing

The clearest difference is monetization model: LiveHome at free with in-app purchases against Gazing's subscription. LiveHome also leads on rating (4.4 vs 4.2). Gazing's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs monthly). On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. LiveHome sells 26 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per year and Gazing sells 21 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

LiveHome holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 4.2. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 3.5K and 2.6K respectively. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 18% and 19% positive.

LiveHome ships an update monthly, Gazing every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
