# OOS vs de.load

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: OOS at none against de.load's 3. OOS also leads on iOS requirement (12.4 vs 15.0). de.load's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 3 months). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

OOS ships an update every 3 months, de.load fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
