# Far & Dotter vs SODE Hub

The clearest difference is monetization model: SODE Hub at free against Far & Dotter's free with in-app purchases. SODE Hub also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 18.6). Far & Dotter's advantage is ratings volume (121 vs 11). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

SODE Hub holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Far & Dotter has 121 ratings behind it against 11, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
